TCAS Online allows applicants to apply online and then have immediate access to carry out some of the “High Administrative” work, traditionally associated with student accommodation facilities.
They can review their financial payments and print an up-to-date statement, review and print their lease agreements, pay online and log maintenance issues with just a few clicks. All of this takes very little time when an applicant does it but it would take a lot longer if the complex manager had to do it for every campus resident.
